The hair comes from single donors aged 18 to 45 and is cold processed, with no harsh acid baths. Silicone-coated hair often loses its finish after 3 to 4 months. Each batch passes a seven-point inspection before shipping. It covers a shedding test, a tangle-free wash after three deep cleans, an elasticity check, a cuticle direction audit, weight, color consistency, and final sanitization.
